چکیده

This study was carried out to determine grain yield and components of five bread wheat genotypes 20 advanced lines at K?rklareli Tekirda? locations in 2017-2018 cropping year. The experiments were arranged a randomized complete block design with four replications. In the study, (GY), plant height (PH), spike length (SL), number spikelets/spike (SS), grains/spike (KS), weight/spike (KWS), test weight (TW) thousand kernel (TKW) investigated. Bread found statistically significant for all investigated traits according data obtained from two locations. According results such as GY ranked 423.8 572.5 kg da-1, PH 85.3 116.2 cm, SL 8.8 12.2 SS 16.5 21.6, KS 39.4 65.6, KWS 1.30 2.91 g, TW 65.9 75.6 TKW 32.6 44.7 g. Relationship between SS, positive significant. addition, relationship (r=0.39*), (r=0.42*), (r=0.42), (r=0.44*), (r=0.64**) positive. highest SME9 line both Tekirda?, which concluded promising.

Genetic Analysis and QTLs Identification of Some Agronomic Traits in Bread Wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) under Drought Stress

In order to study the genetic conditions of some agronomic traits in wheat, a cross was made between Gaspard and Kharchia varieties. F2, F3 and F4 progenies with parents were evaluated under drought conditions. Three-parameter model [m d h] considered as the best fit for number of fertile tiller and flag leaf length using generations mean analysis method. For number of grain per spike and main ...

Genetic analysis of agronomic and physiological traits of bread wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) using generation mean analysis under drought stress conditions and spring planting in the cold climate

Study of heritability and gene action to improve agronomic and physiological traits, especially under drought stress conditions, are very important. The objectives of this study were to investigate heritability for important agronomic traits and some physiological characters in a cross between two spring wheat cultivars. The experiment was carried out using different generations (BC1, BC2, F3, ...

Stability of four Croatian bread winter wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) cultivars for quality traits

Stability of breadmaking quality of four Croatian bread winter wheat cultivars was investigated using rheological traits from the farinogram (dough development time, stability, degree of soening, water absorption, Hankoczy quality number) and the extensogram (extensibility, maximum resistance, ratio of resistance to extensibility, energy) and the indirect traits (protein content, wet gluten co...

Combined Genomic and Genetic Data Integration of Major Agronomical Traits in Bread Wheat (Triticum aestivum L.)

The high resolution integration of bread wheat genetic and genomic resources accumulated during the last decades offers the opportunity to unveil candidate genes driving major agronomical traits to an unprecedented scale. We combined 27 public quantitative genetic studies and four genetic maps to deliver an exhaustive consensus map consisting of 140,315 molecular markers hosting 221, 73, and 82...

Diallel analysis of some important Morpho-Phenological traits in bread Wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) crosses

Wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) is the most important food crop. It offers a great wealth of material for genetic studies due to its wide ecological distribution. The effects of GCA and SCA of morpho-phenological traits i.e. days to emergence, days to flowering, days to maturity, flag leaf length, grain filling duration, spike weight per plant, stem weight and grain yield were studied uti...
